We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter invoices received from suppliers;
  • Match invoice with purchase order and receipt;
  • Investigate discrepancies with the purchasing department;
  • Ensure proper documentation of supporting documents;
  • Participate in various continuous improvement projects;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in the accounts payable function to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and payments to suppliers;
  • Comply at all times with health & safety and environmental policies and regulations;

Required Qualifications

  • College diploma or professional studies in accounting;
  • At least two (2) years' relevant experience;
  • Bilingual (French and English), will be required to interact with the Toronto team and English-speaking suppliers.
