Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
  • English language required
