About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team as a Front Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the success of our store. You will work closely with the Management Team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Analyze financial reports, identifies trends and addresses discrepancies between planned and actual through effective utilization of the FSM Monitoring Report.
  • Meets period, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Sets individual goals for departments to motivate employees and ensures goals are met.

Responsibilities

  1. Develops and executes strategies to improve business efficiency at the store.
  2. Provides effective leadership and ongoing mentorship and ensures development of all staff.
  3. Able to prioritize activities quickly in response to changing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
