Job Summary
">- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Wilson Pharmacy.
About the Role
">- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and assisting pharmacists with various tasks.
Responsibilities
">- Enter client information into databases
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medications
- Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products
- Maintain inventory levels and perform periodic audits
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
">- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment
