About the Role:

As a licensed Financial Services Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their saving needs by providing expert guidance and recommendations that meet their unique financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with existing Sun Life Group Retirement Savings plan members to discuss the benefits of retaining their assets with Sun Life.
  • Provide personalized consultation to clients, offering investment and protection guidance tailored to their financial needs, including savings, retirement income, and insurance.
  • Develop risk assessment profiles for wealth clients to align their investments with their desired risk tolerance.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes, new market offerings, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Contribute to sales targets by meeting or exceeding objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients over the phone or video conferencing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong listening skillset and ability to ask probing questions to understand client needs.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) or Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a).

Salary Range: $56,000 - $80,000
