- Technical Expertise: Possess strong familiarity with technical integration patterns, Broadridge's API definitions, and business usage.
- Communication: Lead System Requirement Document (SRD) walkthroughs with clients, Broadridge's architecture and development teams, and facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and sales support.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide business Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and potential stakeholders, supporting their business needs and objectives.
- Implementation and Support: Support clients during software configuration, implementation, and post-implementation Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.
- Travel: Travel may be required to client locations to provide on-site support and guidance.
- Education: Hold a College Diploma or University Degree in a Business and/or Computer/Software related discipline.
- Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or business subject matter expert role, with a strong background in the financial services sector.
- Skills: Demonstrate expertise in financial industry knowledge, including regulators and regulations (IIROC, MFDA, OSFI, FATCA, AML, CASL, etc.), familiarity with financial industry business data domains (CIF, Product, Finance, etc.), and knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC.
