Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Non Stop Cargo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of transportation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of transportation equipment and supplies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in transportation supervision or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising a team and meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
