Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BAS Project Lead to lead our project team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or technical equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass security screening as required by our clients.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Technical competence in Schneider Electric BAS product line, building automation products.
  • Basic project financial reporting background.
