About the Job
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with our team of analysts, architects, developers, and technicians to deliver complex technical solutions to our clients. If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in project management, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, collaborating with your teams
- Communicate relevant project information to managers, clients, and project team
- Monitor project budgets and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization
- Minimize and mitigate exposure and risk on projects
- Ensure that project work results meet the client's requirements and priorities
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Support proposal efforts, including project scoping
- Coordinate the project intake process, including contracting
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices
- Assign and manage resources across multiple projects
