Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Golden Bear Developments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling
