  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our operations.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that food and service meet our customers' expectations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to meet customer demands.
  • Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
Experience:
  • 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
