Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Sky Home Care Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
