About the Role

We're seeking a talented Fashion Associate to join our team As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, stay current on trends, and engage with customers to drive sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet sales targets
  • Ensure visual standards are met and maintained on the sales floor

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
