About the Role

We are seeking a talented and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert fashion advice, and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized fashion advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect outfit to suit their style and needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met.
  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively, using your sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
