About the Role

We're seeking a talented Fashion Associate to join our team As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, and provide expert advice to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Utilize your sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and promote our brands
  • Ensure visual standards are met and the sales floor is always looking its best

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
