Job Title: Mixology Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections to customers, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Order and manage bar stock, including inventory control and maintenance.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from customers.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
