Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons, and ensure timely delivery.
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations, and maintain a safe and responsible serving environment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service, is an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy objects as required.
