Mixology Specialist

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience in the service industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of liquor legislation and regulations.
