Retail Store Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained to meet customer needs.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic security clearance and bondable.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
