Job Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team at THE ESSENCE OF COLOUR INC. This role involves coordinating office operations, managing records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Manage records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning and data entry
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English
