Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy that supports business revenue growth plans and customer market growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to build a foundation for 3-5 years of growth, launch innovation pipelines, and design consumer targeting processes.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies, developing benchmarks for product performance based on market data.
  • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, managing the trade marketing budget and trade shows.
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team, leveraging market data and analytics to develop innovative approaches that deliver success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of insight and category marketing approaches.
