Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NEW TARGET ELECTRICAL LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities, maintain office supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Budgeting and Expense Management: Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through effective communication and correspondence.
  • Event Planning and Organization: Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plan and paid time off.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
