Lomanton Food Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints, and establishing work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
