Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and goals, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead Omnichannel Experience: Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the transformation of our brand's digital presence, leveraging data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and drive business results.
  • Build and Lead Marketing Team: Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, with 7+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement through marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and digital transformation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions
