Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker/Counter Person to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of goods
  • Accurately label and store inventory, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of combined experience in warehousing and customer service
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
