Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Newmarket, Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential care and support to clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, as well as provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, showcasing a strong understanding of client needs and care requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients' needs and schedules.
