About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Keep records of food quantities used.
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Criminal record check required.
