Aon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our risk management group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing clients' portfolios under the direction of the Account Executive.
- Identify specific client risk exposures and work with the client service team to ensure coverage is secured.
- Manage the client renewal process and prepare client service summaries and program reports.
- Assist with establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches.
- Respond to client inquiries on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive.
- Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
- Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience.
- Level 1 licence is required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven success working collaboratively within a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
