Job Overview

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Executive to join our team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a key role in servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Account Executive to identify specific client risk exposures and develop coverage solutions.
  • Manage the client renewal process by collaborating with the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
  • Review and process client requests, including routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables.
  • Assist in establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches that support coverage solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive.
  • Assist clients with the interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
  • Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Level 1 licence is required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success working collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
