We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements for their realization.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to our health and safety protocols.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
