Job Title: Public Relations Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team at Namaste Canada Visa Services ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and programs, overseeing the preparation of public written material, and preparing written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate communication strategies and programs to ensure effective messaging and outreach.
- Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.
- Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to support the organization's communication goals.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization, responding to written and oral inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
- Design market research questionnaires.
- Develop feasibility studies.
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
- Maintain and manage digital databases.
