Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Vice-Principal to join our team at Globe Cambridge High School Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong educational background and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of teachers and other staff members to ensure the school's academic and administrative needs are met.
  • Teaching and Curriculum: Teach and develop curriculum to meet the educational needs of students, and coordinate teaching activities to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Organize and maintain procedures for keeping accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a secondary education leadership role, with a strong background in teaching and curriculum development.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a strong understanding of educational theory and practice.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of educators and staff members.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Child Abuse Registry Check: A valid child abuse registry check is also required.
