Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise teachers and other staff members to ensure the highest quality education for our students.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and academic achievement.
    • Collaborate with the school administration to establish and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation
    • Evaluate and refine the school's curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of our students and aligns with provincial standards.
    • Work with teachers to develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
    • Monitor student progress and provide support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Student Support and Well-being
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and mental health.
    • Work with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who require additional support.
    • Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional resources and support to students and families.
  • Communication and Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and the broader community.
    • Represent the school at community events and meetings.
    • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to provide opportunities for students and staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in education.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
