About the Role:
The Central Systems Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global distribution systems. This includes managing application integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track integration of new hotels and applications to meet business requirements and goals.
- Configure, test, and validate integration points for system upgrades.
- Perform systems integration certification testing and validate message flow.
- Collaborate with vendors, business analysts, and system owners to resolve technical issues.
- Train end-users and employees on new application features.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience with ORS (Opera Reservation System) / PMS Opera preferable.
- Technical Support experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Hospitality or commensurate experience.
- Knowledge of Global Distribution system considered an asset.
