Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Manifest Growth Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations to meet the needs of the team and organization.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role

Work Environment

  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
