Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering sales results, executing company initiatives, and maintaining operational standards in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Results: Meet or exceed store sales targets, execute sales strategies, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Mentor, motivate, and develop sales team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling, are executed to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with store managers, assistant managers, and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
