- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Stay current with market trends, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors to provide a bold, energetic, and purpose-driven customer experience.
- Operational Excellence: Consistently complete all operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, support the team in elevating client experience and sales, and perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads, Internet, and Mobile POS.
- Physical Demands: Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, climb, bend, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-3 Years of Similar Retail Experience: Previous experience in a sales or leadership role in a retail environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
