About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Canada. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Partner Organization by managing multiple complex projects, reporting and tracking to project completion, and contributing to well-structured reporting documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather insights from the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing innovative solutions for Sales and Technical teams.
  • Simplify processes within the team through creative ideas and inspire change.
  • Lead Goals planning and analysis for Field Operations leaders.
  • Be the Single threaded leader for account management and revenue routing and keep Field Operations leaders accountable.
  • Provide insights to help shape the strategy of the business, and strategic guidance in best practices of business operations influencing peers and cross functional teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2+ years experience in Sales Operations or Analytics roles.
  • Experience utilizing SQL, Excel, and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets.
  • Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience of BI tools e.g. Tableau
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
  • Experience with data analysis and ability to build data models is a plus.
