  • Develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Build lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
  • Strong initiative and autonomy.
