About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our Commercial Banking team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Process commercial files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with various partners involved in files.
  • Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs.
  • Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools.

Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy.
