We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Floor Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
