Job Title: Retail Store Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Floor Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
