Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Researcher to join our team at Healthcare Systems R & A INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to inform healthcare policy and program development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform healthcare policy and program development
  • Supervise laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals
  • Maintain, update, and manage health information databases
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Compile and analyze statistical information provided by private and public healthcare institutions and organizations
  • Monitor healthcare programs
  • Present the views of an association or organization to members, the media, and the general public
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations
  • Interpret trends and developments on health issues
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
