About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Researcher to join our team at Healthcare Systems R & A INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
  • Maintain and Update health information databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Compile and Analyze statistical information from private and public healthcare institutions and organizations to inform healthcare policy and decision-making.
  • Monitor and Evaluate healthcare programs to ensure they are meeting their intended outcomes.
  • Present Findings to members, the media, and the general public through various channels.
  • Provide Consulting Services to government and other organizations on healthcare-related matters.
  • Interpret Trends and Developments on health issues to inform healthcare policy and decision-making.
  • Conduct Evaluations and Assessments of healthcare projects and programs to ensure they are meeting their intended outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
