We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Researcher to join our team at Healthcare Systems R & A INC.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Maintain and Update health information databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Perform Administrative Tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Compile and Analyze statistical information from private and public healthcare institutions and organizations to inform healthcare policy and decision-making.
- Monitor and Evaluate healthcare programs to ensure they are meeting their intended outcomes.
- Present Findings to stakeholders, including members, the media, and the general public, to promote awareness and understanding of healthcare issues.
- Provide Consulting Services to government and other organizations to inform healthcare policy and practice.
- Interpret Trends and Developments in healthcare issues to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Conduct Evaluations and Assessments of healthcare projects and programs to ensure they are meeting their intended outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
