Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales plans
  • Establish and maintain a loyal client base through consultative selling and clienteling
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge on our luxury brands
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record and ability to drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion and ability to stay up-to-date on trends

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate between $16.55-21.00 per hour
  • Eligibility for commissions in accordance with the Company's plan
