Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
- Maintain the appearance of the store, securing all company assets under your control and ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive and organized.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to adapt to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
