Infant Development Program Facilitator

About the Opportunity
The Squamish Nation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infant Development Program Facilitator to join our Ayás Mén̓men Early Years & Youth Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to infants and their families, promoting healthy development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide developmental and resource information to families of infants who require additional support
- Conduct home visits and assessment referrals to ensure families receive the necessary assistance
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance services and support for families
What We're Looking For
- A combination of education and experience in early childhood development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and community partners
- A high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and integrity, with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
