We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team at Banff Hospitality Collective.

This role involves preparing and cooking menu items, customizing customers' orders to accommodate food sensitivities, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise to prepare and cook menu items
  • Customize customers' orders to accommodate food sensitivities
  • Follow instructions and presentation specifications
  • Work closely with management teams and team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Proficient in sushi preparation, knife skills, fish butchery, and rolling techniques
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and lead team members
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
