Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Electricity Canada. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our data analytics capabilities, ensuring that our members have access to accurate and reliable data to inform their business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports using Power BI
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide support
  • Develop and maintain data governance and quality assurance practices
Requirements:
  • University/College Degree/Diploma and/or equivalent experience in a comparable field
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Proficient in Power BI, including the ability to create complex dashboards and reports
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance principles
